Platform Guide

• Player:
  • Registers and completes profile details.
  • Applies to eligible tournaments.
  • Tracks application status, notifications, announcements, and rankings.
• Association Management:
  • Manages association profile and members.
  • Creates association tournaments and approves/rejects applications.
  • Publishes association-level announcements, notifications, and surveys.
• Platform Management:
  • Creates and manages global tournaments.
  • Can override association tournament operations when needed.
  • Manages user roles and core platform governance.

1. Register / Login
2. Complete profile information (including optional avatar)
3. Find a suitable tournament on the Tournaments page
4. Submit application with "Register"
5. Receive application result notification
6. Track points and rankings as tournaments complete

• Tournament statuses:
  • Draft
  • Registration Open
  • Registration Closed
  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Cancelled
• Application approval:
  • Global tournaments: approved by platform management.
  • Association tournaments: approved by the related association management.
• Results:
  • When match results are entered, ranking events are generated.
  • Winners and ranking boards are updated automatically.

• Notification:
  • Personal or targeted message.
  • Example: "Your tournament application has been approved."
• Announcement:
  • General official communication.
  • Example: "Season opening event announcement."

Users can review unread items in the top menu and use "mark all as read" actions.

• Global ranking: includes all platform players.
• Association ranking: scoped to a specific association.
• Season-based structure:
  • Each tournament belongs to a season.
  • Ranking screens show results for the selected season.

• Surveys can be created by platform management and associations.
• Voting audience options:
  • Associations only
  • Members only
  • Members + visitors
• The system includes controls to prevent duplicate voting by the same person/visitor.

• The platform runs with at least two languages:
  • Turkish (default)
  • English
• Users can switch language from the top navigation.

• "Why can't I access a panel?"
  • Your account may not be active, or your role may not have required permission.
• "I applied but cannot see progress."
  • The application may still be pending or rejected; check notifications.
• "My ranking is not updated."
  • Related match results may still require approval.

The platform unifies players, associations, and administrators under one data model and centralizes the full flow from applications to approvals, results, points, rankings, and communication.
